How to join us.
If this retreat speaks to you, we would love to welcome you.
To reserve your place, simply fill out the form on the right and click Reserve My Place to let us know you are ready to join. Kim, our retreat coordinator, will reach out personally by email with your deposit link and a brief note about next steps, including how to confirm your lodging, travel details, and payment plan.
Tuition: €3,100
(Accommodation and travel are not included.)
Your tuition includes all retreat sessions, guided experiences, creative materials, and select shared meals, including our welcome dinner and closing gathering.
Early-Bird Rate: €2,950 for registrations received by November 15, 2025, or for the first six participants — whichever comes first.
Deposit: €500 (non-refundable) secures your place.
Once your €500 non-refundable deposit is received, your place will be officially held. You will then have seven days to confirm your lodging choice, whether staying at the Villa, in a nearby apartment, or at one of our partner hotels. You may pay your balance in full or in two installments: half by January 15, 2026, and the remainder by March 15, 2026.
Early-bird registration is open until November 15, 2025, or until the first six participants have registered, whichever comes first.

Rosalind is happy to talk about the creative heart of the retreat, including the writing, themes, and flow of the sessions, while Kim can guide you through accommodations, travel, and registration details. One of us will respond personally to help you explore whether this experience feels like the right fit.
